Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued only for defective or damaged products.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Process for Refunds:
- Customers are required to share photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product via email at prakashcoffeeworks@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9482373289.
- Once the claim is verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable items such as coffee decoctions and beverages are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.
- Custom or personalized orders are also not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.
- Canceled orders will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.
- Non-Cancellable Orders:
- Orders that have been shipped or dispatched cannot be canceled.
