Order Dispatch:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

• Delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Standard Delivery Charges:

• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.
• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500.

Expedited Delivery:

• Expedited delivery options may be available for certain locations at an additional cost. Contact us for details.

Tracking Information:

• Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

Delivery Address:

• Ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• Orders cannot be redirected to a new address once shipped.

Undeliverable Packages:

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
